As we traveled I took a lot of, what I called “drive by shootings”. I put the camera in shutter priority and auto ISO. I want a shutter speed that’s fast enough to stop the action of the moving vehicle. Just the opposite of what we think. Most of the time we are trying to stop action in our subject, however in this image the stop action was the photographer moving. This is a quick stop booth along the highway.

I was in the back of a Land rover going about 30 MPH but the image looks as if I was standing there.
